Currently Loving: Puffer Coats

From November all the way up until the first week of March, I could've counted the amount of really cold days we had in NYC on one hand. As soon as the second week of March hit, it was a different story. Dealing with this late winter weather is A LOT easier when you have a little collection of cute & very warm puffer coats.

Puffers haven't always had a good rep in my book. I remember being a kid and literally loathing them. All I wanted to wear were light weight jackets that made me feel cute. That didn't leave very much room for keeping warm. Why is it that the older you get, the colder you feel? Is it just me?? In recent years, I felt the need to forego "cute" for more sensible winter wears. I was pleasantly surprised when I found myself feeling very cute in my boyfriend's puffer coats! Oversized on me, which is very much the trend right now, they're perfect for keeping me warm and in style! 

We found an outdoor sports supply store in the city that sells all the old school puffers, from Helly Hanson to The North Face, and it's been puffer season ever since.

If you don't have one of your own by now, I definitely suggest you get on it!

Sneakers For The Girls Who DON'T Wear Sneakers

A couple of posts ago, I talked about being a sneakerhead and listed my favorite drops of 2017 so far. I know that, like myself, there are tons of girls out there that love sneakers and are always keeping their eyes peeled for the latest, coolest releases.  But I got to thinking ... what about the girls who don't usually wear sneakers?
