OOTD: New Grunge City

A couple of weeks ago, my boyfriend and I had what I like to call a "city day". It's just a day we're both off of work, head out to the city early, and just go gallavanting around, doing whatever our little hearts desire. These days are always my favorite because I just never know what we're going to get into! It's fun getting dressed in the morning because I try to put together an outfit that can be (sort of) appropriate for anything.

On this day, I went with a 90's grunge inspired look. We had just been gifted this awesome tie-dyed Guns & Roses concert tee so I was feelin' a little rock & roll. I paired the tee with cute little faux leather, zip front mini skirt. Since it was a little chilly that day, and it totally went with the vibe, I added a plaid flannel. I threw on my boyfriends tagged up bomber jacket and my studded black booties and was off! A perfect outfit for a day/night in NYC.

Sneakers For The Girls Who DON'T Wear Sneakers

A couple of posts ago, I talked about being a sneakerhead and listed my favorite drops of 2017 so far. I know that, like myself, there are tons of girls out there that love sneakers and are always keeping their eyes peeled for the latest, coolest releases.  But I got to thinking ... what about the girls who don't usually wear sneakers?
